Bubble.us - Amazing Tool!

Bubbl.us is an amazing tool. You can create collaborative diagrams (mind maps), share them and embed them into your website. For example, I created the following template that I plan to have my students use to develop their WebQuest ideas. I will then have them share and comment on the ideas. Also, I plan to have them develop their WebQuest in PowerPoint and share them on SlideShare. You can see more about this template by visiting my previous post titled, "SlideShare and Webquest"

SlideShare & WebQuest

I created a WebQuest template in PowerPoint working with the idea that PowerPoint is easy for students to work within and it supports hyperlinks. I was also interested in sharing webquests using a Web2.0 tool and SlideShare allows me to do this. So I uploaded the template onto SlideShare for others to use (follow the link here). As I prepare to teach ED331 - I am exploring the extensive volume of WebQuests that are out on the internet. The following Slide Share presentation discussses WebQuests and ties them into web 2.0. I like this space which ties into constructivist theory and has a clear method for producing quality web-based lessons.
