DATA is gold in Web2.0



Here are two more Web 2.0 applications that are using voice-recognition to convert both video and audio feeds to text and then use those data sets to optimize search. As I mentioned in a previous post (Biometric voice payments), I believe that voice-to-data applications of this type will explode as companies attempt to control the data that makes them so very powerful. Remember applications have quickly become commodities, while data has become gold.
